The aim of the research is to identify the problems of teaching Arabic language in the intermediate stage from the perspective of teachers and teachers (for the second grade intermediate) in the schools affiliated with the representative of the Ministry of Education for the displaced in Sulaymaniyah for the academic year (2017 - 2018).
By answering the following questions: .
1.
What are the problems of teaching Arabic language in the intermediate stage from the point of view of teachers and teachers? 2.
Are there statistically significant differences between the responses of teachers on the one hand and female teachers on the other? The study sample consisted of (60) teachers and schools in the middle stage with 30 teachers and 30 schools who continued to serve for the academic year (2017-2018).
They were selected randomly.
To achieve the research objective, a questionnaire was prepared with 54 paragraphs Distributed over six areas: The researcher used the survey questionnaire and the previous studies in preparing the tool to meet the conditions of numbers in validity, honesty and stability.
The researcher used statistical means to analyze the data, such as: the equation of the weighted mean to find the severity of the paragraph, the double test for two differences between the groups, For the extraction of stability, and percentage, and the most prominent results of the research: 1.
There are a number of problems with the teaching of Arabic language in the intermediate stage from the point of view of teachers and teachers.2.
There is a statistically significant difference between the responses of the teachers on the one hand and the teachers on the other hand.
In light of the results of the study, the researcher recommended the following: .
1.
Train teachers to use modern and interesting teaching methods, and avoid old methods that do not care about the active participation of students.

The possibility of benefiting from the results of the study in the development of Arabic language teaching.

Helps curriculum planners (textbook) to take into account the recommendations during the course of the curriculum
