Abstract EN

The Preparation &Characterization of new Fe(II) complexes with mixed ligands Including terpoline azine(TAH2) and 2-chlorobenzaldehyde semicarbazone(2-ClBScH) with amoxicillin (AmoxH2) or ampicillin(AmpH2 by using three ways reflux method, heating using microwave rays technique and ultrasonic technique,all the compounds have been characterized using quantitative, physical and spectral techniques.

The electrical conductivity indicate that the complexes metal Analysis by atomic absorption spectroscopy and by methods, molar Electrical conductivity shown the complexes prepare in Ph(6-7) are electrolytes , while the complexes prepared in Ph(9-10) non- electrolytes All the complexes octahedral geometries .The effect of laser have been studied on solid ligands& complexes are no effects because melting or decomposition points & electronic spectra are stable and are not affected by this kind of radiation.

Also the biological activity of compounds are evaluated against pathogenic bacterial strains (Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus specie and E.
