The objective of this study is to conduct an evaluation study of the Arabic language book for the second grade in the light of the quality standards from the point of view of the Arabic language teachers and teacherThe current research community (612) of the teachers of the Arabic language and its schools in the center of the province of Maysan for the academic year 2017-2018, and was chosen randomly selected from the same community, and the number of (194) teachers and teachers, and adopted descriptive method of the researcher as it fits the procedures of research through a questionnaire included The researcher used the following statistical methods: Pearson correlation coefficient, the researcher used the following statistical methods: Weighted mean, centipede, wa For the analysis of the data searched and dealt with statistically, and the researcher reached a set of results, the most important: that some of the quality standards were not available in the Arabic language book for the second intermediate grade, and the topics of the book were accurate from the scientific point of view ranging from tangible to and easy to difficult, The book was appropriate in terms of the design of the cover and safety of typographical errors and clarity of subject titles and the index of the book but was weak in other paragraphs, and that the activities do not take into account individual differences between students and their tendencies and needs, and does not raise students' motivation for self-learning, Some do not help to evaluate and test students In light of the findings of the current research, the researcher recommends the following: The need to review the Arabic language book to avoid weaknesses and strengthen the strengths, and the need to involve Arabic teachers in improving the Arabic language book, and the need for the authors to review the content to get rid of typos and language, and the need to increase quotas Arabic language to fit the number of pages and content of the Arabic language book, Researcher set of proposals
