The stability of the scale was reached by way of retesting.

The fourth chapter included presenting the results and discussing them, which the researcher reached, through which the researcher seeks to achieve the objectives of her research, which included measuring the level of (organizational success) of primary school principals and measuring the level (organizational climate) between the (organizational success and organizational climate) The fifth chapter presentation conclusions, recommendations and proposals.

The existence of a correlation between organizational success and the organizational climate of primary school principals.
