One of the most important causes of the current financial crisis in countries and global companies is the inappropriate behavior and moral fall that prevailed in global financial institutions and markets, and that represented the seizure of funds with wrong information to achieve high profits, so they get part of it as rewards, as well as using the information available to them about companies To take advantage of them in trading their own money.

Therefore, interest has increased in the governance system, especially in the behavioral and moral aspect, and since good governance is one of the pillars of governance, as human leadership is represented in human efforts, whether these efforts are intellectual or practical, and in the administration there are many terms indicating the concept of ethics such as rules and ethics of the profession, job ethics, and ethics Business and others.

In companies and countries, efficiency was the only center of attention, and profit was the primary goal.

Ethics became that concern, and its mission was to formulate goals, directions and policies in a way that shows the moral responsibility of the individual and society.

We find that our Islamic religion since its emergence urges adherence to work ethics and preserving them and praising the owner of good morals and denouncing the owner of bad morals.

Therefore, this research focused on the moral aspect of the system of governance, which can be considered a safety valve for those companies or countries.

He explained in the first demand the advantages of the Islamic moral system, in the second demand the methods of the Islamic faith in building human morally, and in the third demand: moral methods in reform.
