Corruption is among the biggest problems that under international and regional cooperation to combat it, and between these organizations find Maghreb cooperation in combating corruption, and most States have sought the Maghreb in search efforts to thwart these international crimes by linking legal cooperation And through several mechanisms.

But despite this cooperation but to actually impose a set of constraints resulting from the laws in place to combat the phenomenon and its developments, as well as a set of realistic constraints imposed by the differences between countries of the Maghreb Union problem, therefore we must activate a set of solutions and commitments of each From the Maghreb Union problem communities and some of the regulations, in order to achieve general deterrence and combating the phenomenon.
