No one denies the functional role of the contemporary novel, as it seeks to approach the political, intellectual and philosophical conditions of society and even go beyond it even further, it has become a space for extending self-reflections and doctrinal ideas and instilling different ideologies, which constitutes a kind of danger to the reader who lacks the appropriate procedural mechanisms and tools to accommodate them.

It is even more dangerous when it takes on the banner of spreading extremist religious discourse or that blends with private whims and visions, and its whiteness becomes a space to form what the novelist cannot openly disclose, yet this danger does not negate the existence of a relationship between religious discourse with its various manifestations and narrative creativity.

Novelists have long advocated for religious values, so we will try to look for the representations of religious discourse and its manifestations in some of the selected narrative syllables from some contemporary Algerian narrative texts.
