As we all know, Confucian philosophy and Taoist ideas played an important role in the ideological construction of Chinese feudal society.

For thousands of years, Confucianism and Taoism have had a great influence on the life of Chinese people.

In ancient times, as a government official, it must master and orb this ideology.

Although these two philosophies have many themes, but this study is limited to the study of their ethical thoughts, common or different; this study explains to learners what the ethical philosophy in the Confucianism and Taoism are, and the reality of moral philosophy aims to eliminate ambiguity and the purification between them, to clarify their philosophical differences.
