The aim of this study was to identify the impact of entrepreneurial characteristics (self-control, self-confidence, need for achievement, independence, taking responsibility, risk tolerance, innovation) among third year students at the Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences at Jijel University on their entrepreneurial intentions, The study also sought to know the level of availability entrepreneurial characteristics among third year students in the college in which the study was conducted.

In order to achieve these objectives, the study adopted the analytical descriptive method, using questionnaire as a tool for collecting primary data from the study sample of 279 students, and the use of books and previous studies for collection of secondary data.

The study found that there is a statistically significant effect on the dimensions of the entrepreneurial characteristics of the students in their intention to establish their entrepreneurial institutions.

05) for innovation, independence and responsibility, The study concluded that the third year students in the college have many entrepreneurial characteristics and at a high level in the following order: Self-control, then the need for achievement, followed by self-confidence, innovation, risk tolerance and finally independence and taking responsibility The study also found that there were no differences in the level of availability of entrepreneurial intention among the students concerned due to the gender variable, while differences were found due to the variable of the division.
