Abstract AR
تهدف الدراسة إلى إبراز مفهوم التكوين الالكتروني كشكل جديد من أشكال التكوين و إلقاء الضوء على القيمة المضافة التي يمكنه تقديمها للمستفيدين مع الوقوف على متطلبات التحول إلى هذا النوع من التكوين كخدمة الكترونية حديثة ضمن منظومة المكتبات.
وقد اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على الجانب الميداني الذي ارتكز على آراء عينة من المستفيدين حول مشروع التحول الى خدمة التكوين الالكتروني بالمكتبات و رؤيتهم إلى الدور الذي يمكن أن يلعبه ذلك في اكسابهم المهارات و الكفاءات التي تمكنهم من التأقلم مع الخدمات الالكترونية ي المكتبات في ظل بيئة رقمية.
اعتمدت الدراسة في تحقيق أهدافها على المنهج الوصفي مستخدمة أداتين من أدواته في جمع البيانات و هما: الاستبيان و الملاحظة.
جاءت النتائج لتظهر تأكيد عينة الدراسة على أن خدمة التكوين في شكلها التقليدي لم تعد تتناسب مع الواقع الجديد للمكتبات في البيئة الرقمية و تقر بضرورة التحول إلى التكوين الالكتروني بمكتباتنا لمزايا هذا الشكل الجديد من التكوين التي تجعله قادرا على إكساب المستفيدين الكفاءات المعرفية و المهارات العملية التي تتطلبها الاستفادة من الخدمات الالكترونية في مكتبات العصر الرقمي
Abstract EN
This study attempts to emphasize the concept of electronic training as a new type of training, and to underline the added value that it can provide to users.
The study shows also the procedures that this new model of training requires as an electronic service within the library system.
In this study, we put the stress on the practical survey highlighting, on the one hand, the view of a sample of users about projecting to move towards an electronic training service in libraries, and on the other hand, their views about the role of such a service in providing them with the skills and competencies that may help them to cope with the new electronic service offered by libraries within the digital era.
To achieve the specified objectives, the study adopted the descriptive approach.
We used the questionnaire and the observation as instruments for collecting data.
The obtained results showed that the sample of our population was convinced that the traditional training service was no longer adequate with the new present digital environment of libraries.
They also underlined the necessity for shifting towards the electronic training in libraries due to its positive points that enable users to acquire knowledge competencies and practical skills required for benefitting from electronic services in libraries of the digital era.

A travers notre étude, nous avons essayé de mettre en relief le concept de formation électronique comme un nouveau type de formation, et de souligner la valeur-ajoutée qu'il procure aux utilisateurs.
L'étude montre également les procédures requis par ce nouveau modèle de formation en tant que service électronique au sein même du système de bibliothèques.
Dans cette étude, nous avons surtout insisté sur l'aspect pratique soulignant, d'un côté, le point de vue d'un échantillon d'utilisateurs sur le projet d'orientation vers un service de formation électronique dans les bibliothèques, et, d'un autre côté, leur point de vue quant au rôle d'un tel service pour les armer d'aptitudes et de compétences qui peuvent les aider à mieux s'adapter à un nouveau service électronique offert par les bibliothèques à l'ère numérique.
Pour réaliser les objectifs spécifiés, l'étude a adopté l'approche descriptive.
Nous avons utilisé le questionnaire et l'observation comme instruments de collecte de données.
Les résultats obtenus ont démontré que l'échantillon de notre population d'étude était convaincu que le service de formation traditionnel n'était plus adéquat dans le nouvel environnement numérique des bibliothèques.
Ils ont également souligné la nécessité de virer vers la formation électronique dans les bibliothèques suite aux aspects positifs qui permettent aux utilisateurs d'acquérir des compétences théoriques et des aptitudes pratiques requises pour bénéficier des services électroniques de bibliothèques à l'ère du numérique.
