Abstract EN

Administrative empowerment is one of the basic pillars of the administrative development process, that institutions adopt in developing their performance, and achieving their goals accurately and effectively.

In this research, we will shed light on the importance of administrative empowerment in the process of developing government institutions.

The research contains three sections, the first one included defining the elements of the research in terms of (the problem of the research, its importance and objectives), as defining the research problem is one of the most important steps of scientific research, because it affects all the steps that follow it, and that defining the research problem contributes to the formulation and elaboration of the research objectives.

It can be said that defining the research problem helps in formulating the study method.

As for the second section, it included defining the basic concepts of the research, and whenever this definition was accurate, the researcher could conduct his research on a sound scientific basis.

In the third topic, we deal with the research procedures and how to prepare its tool, then present the most important findings of the research and finally we put together a set of proposals and recommendations regarding the research.
