The objective of the research was to identify the attitudes of the coordinators of the scientific departments in the faculties of education and literature towards the application of quality management.

The researchers adopted the descriptive approach to achieve the research goals.

In order to achieve the research objectives, the researchers constructed a questionnaire consisting of (46) paragraphs.
