Abstract EN

Japanese journal management relies on the modernization of heritage which Japan had witnessed in the 1970s, being represented by the Z theory as a modernizing theory in its management impact which focuses on utter confidence, skills, and love; it generates its paternal pattern that generously characterizes Japanese institutes and comes to be the most important secret of their advances.

Although it is Japanese in nature, this theory can be seen as a certain management ideal that is of great benefit to Iraq journalists and it is for this reason that the researcher writes this research with the problem and the analysis that pivot around the possibility of applying this model to Iraqi press, depending on applications, that Iraq journals have made access to some of the theory's components, even if casually.

Accordingly, the researcher has presented a theoretical framework of the philosophical tenets of the Japanese Z theory and its social as well as economic patterns as well as applications of its components done to two typical Iraq journals, namely Alsabah and Almada.

The results reveal that there are partial applications of some of the theory's components done casually and this gives hope for further and future applications that would help to prevent current difficulties facing Iraqi journalism.
