Abstract EN

The concept of quality of life means the degree to which the well-being of the person in his economic and social life, and is related to other concepts such as development, progress, improvement and satisfaction of needs.

This concept measures the level of satisfaction with the most important aspects of an individual's life, and may mean job opportunities, access to services, sustainable environment, education and health, social cohesion, security and safety And the degree of satisfaction of people with their lives in the main cities of Diyala province (Baquba, Maqdadiya, Khalis, Khanqin and Baldrouz).

The study adopted the method of field study through questionnaire questionnaire distributed to a sample of the families of these cities.

The questionnaire included( 7) indicators and (26) variables.

To build a quantitative measure of the subject of research, and results have been found that the satisfaction of the population from various aspects of their urban life ranged between the average and the weak.
