استخدام أدوات مراقبة التسيير في تفعيل عملية مراقبة التسيير لدى المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة الجزائرية : دراسة حالة لعينة من المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة لولاية البليدة

Abstract EN

We aim through this study to highlight the importance of routing control tools in small and medium enterprises, and to identify the extent to wich there is an application of management monitoring tools in these institutions and use them as a control tool, and therefore we conducted a statistical analysis based on the statistical program SPSS 22 in analyzing the data obtained.

We concluded that the use of small and medium enterprises for these tools is affected by the size of the organization and increases with the increase in size, nor does it depend on modern management control tools represented in the balanced performance card and dashboard, although the use by this type of institution will increase the effectiveness of their control, and the latter, in turn, facilitates the activation of the management control process in the institution.

Nous visions à travers cette étude à souligner l'importance des outils de contrôle de gestion dans les petites et moyennes entreprises, et à identifier dans quelle mesure il existe une application des outils de suivi de gestion dans ces institutions à les utiliser comme outil de contrôle, et donc nous avons mené une analyse statistique a laide du programme statistique SPSS 22 dans l'analyse des données obtenues.

Nous avons conclu que l'utilisation des petites et moyennes entreprises pour ces outils est affectée par taille de l'organisation et augmente avec l'augmentation de la taille, et ne dépend pas non plus d'outils de contrôle de gestion modernes représentes dans la carte de performance équilibrée et le tableau de bord, bien que l'utilisation par ce type d'institution augmentera l'efficacité de leur contrôle et ces derniers, à leur tour, facilitent l'activation du processus de contrôle de gestion dans l'établissement.
