لدراسة العلاقة التأثيرية بين مصادر الإستثمار الحكومي و النمو الإقتصادي.
نخص بالذكر قطاعي الصناعة و التعليم العالي و مساهمتهما في تحقيق النمو الإقتصادي المنشود للجزائر.
مما يترك لأصحاب القرار في الدولة خيارات إستراتيجية ممكنة لمواجهة التحديات و الأزمات المتعاقبة خاصة منها إنخفاض أسعار النفط بحكم إعتماد الجزائر على الريع النفطي فقط بدرجة كبيرة مما يعرضها للصدمات المحتملة التي تؤثر بصفة مباشرة على النمو الإقتصادي للبلد.
و إثر هذا التحدي.
تسعى الدولة إلى تنويع إقتصادها لتمكنها من التغلب و مواجهة القيود المحيطة بها.
رغم وجود مصادر متعددة و متنوعة للإستثمار الحكومي.
فارتأينا دراسة أثر كل من قطاعي الصناعة و التعليم العالي على النمو الإقتصادي
Abstract EN
To study the impact relationship between government investment sources and economic growth, we mention in particular the industrial and higher education sectors and their contribution to achieving the desired economic growth of Algeria.
This leaves decision-makers in the country with possible strategic options to face the successive challenges and crises, especially the low oil prices, due to Algeria's reliance on oil rents only to a large extent, which exposes it to potential shocks that directly affect the economic growth of the country.
Following this challenge.
The state seeks to diversify its economy to enable it to overcome and face the restrictions surrounding it.
Although there are multiple and diverse sources of government investment.
We decided to study the impact of the industrial and higher education sectors on economic growth.

Pour étudier la relation impact entre les sources d'investissement public et la croissance économique, nous mentionnons en particulier les secteurs industrials et de l'enseignement supérieur et leur contribution à la réalisation de la croissance économique souhaitée de l'Algérie.
Cela laisse aux décideurs du pays des options stratégiques possibles pour faire face aux défis et crises successifs, en particulier les bas prix du pétrole, en raison de la dépendance de l'Algérie aux loyers pétroliers uniquement dans une large mesure, ce qui l'expose à des chocs potentiels qui affectent directement la croissance économique du pays.
Suite à ce défi.
L'État cherche à diversifier son économie pour lui permettre de surmonter et de faire face aux restrictions qui l'entourent.
Bien qu'il existe de multiples et diverses sources d'investissement public.
Nous avons décidé d'étudier l'impact des secteurs industriel et supérieur sur la croissance économique.
