Abstract EN

The study aims firstly to determine the theoretical framework of financial crises and to expose certain aspects of the financial crisis of 2008, by identifying the causes of their appearance in the United States.

This study also deals with the Islamic financial system and the monetary and monetary policy in this system, through its various dimensions, by defining the concept of the system itself and comparing it with other economic and financial systems, the most important of which is the capitalist system.

The study also highlighted the role of Islamic financial institutions in protecting the Arab economy from the effects of financial crises, including the subprime crisis, as well as the importance of Islamic financial institutions and how to deal with financial crises.

A new global economic system based on the principles and foundation of Islamic law.

From our study, it appears the solution to the global financial crisis is to adopt

L'étude vise d'une part, à déterminer le cadre théorique des crises financières et l'exposition à certains aspects de la crise financière mondiale de l'année 2008, en identifiant les causes de leur apparition aux Etats-Unis d'Amérique.

Cette étude aborde aussi le système financier islamique et la politique financière et monétaire dans ce système, à travers ces diverses dimensions, en définissons le système lui même et le comparant par d'autre systèmes comme le système capitaliste.

L'étude démontre l'importance des sociétés financiers islamiques, et comment peut elle protégé les économies des payes arabes des effets de la crise des sub-primes, et comment elle peut endiguer les crises financiers.

Dans notre étude, il s'avère que la solution face aux crises financières mondiales est d'adopter un nouveau système économique basé sur les principes de la loi islamique.
