Abstract EN

This study aimed to find out the level of self-efficacy of a sample of students who combines work and study at the University of M'sila, as well as revealing the differences in in their self-efficacy levels according to marital status (Married/Unmarried) and specialization (Psychology/Media and Communication).

We applied the self-efficacy scale for Eladel (2001).

On a sample of (30) working students who were deliberately selected, this study achieved the following results: An average level of self-efficacy among of a sample of students who combines work and study at the University of M'sila, and the ence of statistically significant differences according to marital status (Married/Unmarried) and according to specialization (Psychology / Media and Communication).
