Abstract EN

This research aims to study the effect of cases and circumstances in understanding the Hadith and state the fields that shows this effect according to the applications of scholars.

The study included two axes, the first one focused on the effect of causes and circumstances in the general understanding of Hadith.

The second axes, explained the effect of causes and circumstances in the deduced ruling.

Furthermore, the research was began by a preface about considering causes and circumstances of the Hadith in the raligious rulings, it discussed briefly the issue of: (Is the moral with the general words or the special causes and circumstances? ) and linked between it and the research topic.
