This study aims to shed light on the phenomenon of women entering the world of work and try to detect the factors that affect the reproductive behavior of women working as professors in the education sector in the province of Medea.

This study was based on the descriptive analytical method and the questionnaire tool was used to collect data on a sample of 100 female teachers in the educational sector institutions (primary, intermediate and secondary).

One of our most important findings is that the cultural level has no role in determining the reproductive behavior of school women in the education sector, The economic as well as social and family aspects have no role in determining the level of reproductive behavior.
