Great attention is accorded to correspondence by Islamic Sharia as well as positive laws and legislations by prohibiting access to its content or disclosing it, owing to its sanctity, and Islam was precursor in bestowing it with this attribute since almost fourteen century ago, and it's no wonder since this correspondence carries with it the secrets of the sender and expresses his deepest thoughts, it is at the nearest point of his privacy which constitutes the core of individual rights and liberties.
