Abstract EN

This study at shedding the light on the issue of medical waste, Which is the convergence point of multi sectoral policies of public policy: health policy, environmental policy, economic policy, The impact of waste medical generation on both public health and surrounding environment, On this basis we analyze the concept of: Governance, environmental governance, medical waste ( the waste of health care activities), and the various threats to these wastes.

Then, we analyze the legal and regulatory frameworks Of this type of waste and the problems it faces in Algeria, This study also aime to determine the mechanisms governing of medical waste management policy in Algeria.
