We are trying through this research paper, to highlight the requirements to improve the performance, sought by various administrative organisations, since the emergence of modern thought, by giving a socio organizational description, for the reality of dealing with information technology within the organization, and this done by examining two research variables: the dimensions of information technology and the dimensions of institutional performance.

the development process and the systematic construction of determinants of organizational structure represented in time management, development of work according to clear regulations, in addition to ways to activate the discipline and self-control of the human resource, were also examined these were the main requirements resulting from the application of information technology.
