تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم زبائن مؤسسة كوكا كولا بسكيكدة لمخرجات نظام إدارة سلامة الغذاء حسب المعيار الدولي ايزو 22000 بحيث تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي و أسلوب دراسة الحالة مع استخدام الاستمارة كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات و التي وزعت على عينة عشوائية من زبائن المؤسسة قدرها عددهم 383فرد و من أجل معالجة و اختبار فرضيات الدراسة تم الاعتماد على برنامج Spss 20.
تم التوصل إلى أن مخرجات نظام إدارة سلامة الغذاء ايزو 22000 المتمثلة في المنتجات ذات الجودة و المنتجات الآمنة و الخضراء و المبتكرة لها مستوى متوسط قدره66.
84% في تحقيق رضا زبائن مؤسسة كوكاكولا بسكيكدة وذلك بسبب أن اغلب الزبائن لا يعتقدون أن منتجات كوكاكولا آمنة و لا تشكل أي خطر على صحتهم
Abstract EN
This study aims to evaluate the outputs of the Food Safety Management System according to the international standard ISO 22000 at The Coca-Cola Company in Skikda, from the viewpoint of its customers.
An analytical descriptive approach has been adopted, by using a questionnaire as the main tool for data collection, which has distributed to a random sample of 383 customers.
The study concluded that the outputs of the ISO 22000 food safety management system represented by quality products, safe, green and innovative products, have an average level of 66.
84%, in achieving the satisfaction of customers of the Coca-Cola Company in Skikda, because most customers do not believe that Coca-Cola products are safe nor they pose no risk to their health.
