The study aims to identify the reality of the quality of health services in the hospital under study, and to know the extent of the relationship between the quality of the health service and the satisfaction of the health customer (the patient), and does it really make the patient satisfied with the services provided to him? L'étude vise à identifier la réalité de la qualité des services de santé dans l'hôpital étudié, et à connaître l'étendue de la relation entre la qualité du service de santé et la satisfaction du client de santé (le patient), et cela rend-il vraiment le patient satisfait des services qui lui sont fournis?
