The process of modernizing public services is part of adapting to changes in globalization in line with technological progress and the frequency of socio-economic development of states.

This process aims at reforming and developing the state's administrative apparatus so as to achieve the objectives of public policy.

And this is done by examining how public services are managed and modernizing management practices to meet citizens' needs and requirements, and the importance of using appropriate mechanisms to achieve the desired goals in all their transparency and responsibility.

Le processus de modernisation des services publics s'inscrit dans le cadre de l'adaptation avec les mutations de la mondialisation au rythme des progrès technologiques, et en fonction de la fréquence du développement socioéconomique des états.

Ce processus vise à réformer et à développer l'appareil administratif de l'état de manière à atteindre les objectifs de la politique publique.

Et Cela se fait en examinant la manière dont les services publics sont gérés et en modernisant les pratiques de gestion de manière à répondre aux besoins et exigences des citoyens, en outre l'importance de l'utilisation des mécanismes appropriés afin d'atteindre les objectifs souhaités en toute transparence et responsabilité à leurs égards.
