Abstract EN

The present study aimed at revealing the relationship between burn out and job satisfaction among nurses, the researcher used the statistical descriptive approach, the sample of the study consisted of 225 nurses (128 males and 97 Females) working in the public health institutions in wilaya of Mostaganem were taken in a simple random method, the researcher used the MASLASH burn-out scale, and a nurse's job satisfaction questionnaire (developed by the researcher), the study concluded the following results: - Nurses working in public health institutions have a high level of burn out.

- Nurses working in public health institutions have a low level of job satisfaction.

- There is a correlation between burn out and job satisfaction among nurses working in public health institutions.
