In order to achieve the sustainable development, an effective role must be given to the regional institutions to promote environmental tourism.

The fact that Algeria abounds with natural wealthness and attractive tourist attractions, it is unreasonable to leave the municipality and the state in isolation from the investment policy in the tourism field.

while these institutions are considered to be the basis of the country, it is then assumed that the tourism investment policy must be taken into account for the natural potentials and important biological resources that it has.
