With the issuance of the Law 05/02 amending and supplementing the Commercial Law, especially Article 187 bis of it, the commercial lease expires without the right to renew, the notice of eviction and the entitlement compensation has been canceled, and the legal protection of the merchant has become the tenant of the property and the owner of the commercial store is virtually nonexistent, in light of linking the right to renew Lease, eviction alert, and entitlement compensation at the will of the landlord, something that negatively affects the idea of the commercial store and the actions mentioned on it.
