Abstract EN

The progress of criminality existing nowadays needs development of means that makes the penal proof operation easy; in order to stop this criminality that threatens peace and stability of the society, its discovery and the one of doing it.

This latter is an authentic quality for proof, an important piece for dangerous criminality progress and its methods which leads these modern type of penal proofs, a necessary way for the operation, considered as a complete one to convince the judge on the affairs that he deals with, or is it like other known proofs, depending on the estimation of penal judge.
