تعد الجريمة المعلوماتية أحد أبرز الجرائم الخطيرة و المستحدثة على الساحة الدولية و التي ظهرت نتيجة الاستخدام السيء لمختلف الأنظمة المعلوماتية فهي جريمة صعبة الاكتشاف نظرا لاتسامها بعاملي السهولة و السرعة عند ارتكابها الأمر الذي استدعى تدخل مختلف المنظمات و التشريعات كان أحدها التشريع الجزائري من أجل إيجاد آليات مناسبة لكشفها مبكرا أو على الأقل احتوائها و تقليص مداها و هو ما تجلى من خلال استحداث إجراء جديد في شكل الترصد الإلكتروني هذا الأخير الذي تضاربت حول مشروعيته العديد من الآراء و الأفكار خاصة و أنه يمس بحق الحياة الخاصة المكفول في العديد من التشريعات و المواثيق الدولية.
Abstract EN
Information crime is among the most serious and innovative crimes that are easy and fast when committed, which made it very difficult for the various security and judicial authorities to detect it, which called for the need to find appropriate solutions to combat this crime by setting up special and updated mechanisms such as electronic surveillance mechanism, this The latter, whose legitimacy and opinions are contradictory /to many, especially since it violates the right to a private life, which is guaranteed in many international legislations and covenants.
