تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى دراسة أسباب تمديد العمل بقانون مطابقة البنايات رقم 08-15 بالإضافة إلى دراسة التطلعات المنشودة من وراء إقرار هذا التمديد و ذلك بتسليط الضوء على الأهداف التي جاء لتحقيقها و الوقوف على مدى تجسيدها على أرض الواقع من جهة و دراسة الحلول القانونية المرتقب طرحها لتعويض أحكام هذا القانون بعد انتهاء العمل به من جهة أخرى

This research paper aims to study the reasons of prorogation of the Law on Matching Buildings No.
08-15, In addition to studying the aspirations of the prorogation by highlighting the objectives that have been achieved and to determine the extent of their embodiment on the ground, on the one hand, and study the legal solutions to be adopted to compensate for the provisions of this law after the end of working it, on the Other hand.
