إن قطاع الإعلام من بين القطاعات التي شهدت سلسلة من التعديلات لتعكس بوضوح التوجهات الإيديولوجية و السياسية في الجزائرسواء في مجال الصحافة المكتوبة أو الاعلام السمعي البصري منذ صدور أول قانون للإعلام عام 1982ثم قانون 1990و انتهاء بالقانون رقم 14/04 و القانون رقم 12/05.
تتمتع سلطة ضبط السمعي البصري بجملة من الاختصاصات من بينها الاختصاصات الردعية و العقابية ذات الطابع الإداري الغاية منها ضبط هذا النشاط الذي خرج من دائرة الحقوق و الحريات ليقتحم مجال الاقتصاد و الاستثمار
Abstract EN
The media sector is one of the sectors that witnessed a series of amendments to clearly reflect the ideological and political trends in Algeria, whether in the field of written press or audiovisual media, since the promulgation of the first media law in 1982, the 1990 law and the end of Law No 14/04 and Law No 12/05.
The audiovisual control authority has a range of competencies, including disciplinary and punitive powers of an administrative nature, aimed at controlling this activity, which has emerged from the Department of Rights and Freedoms to penetrate the field of economy and investment.
