In the light of the great technological development, internet has affected many areas of political, economic and social life, but it is clear that it changed many concepts and highlighted others that did not exist, to include the addition of a new unrecognized meaning which is the digital sovereignty.

It is an integral part of national sovereignty in its ordinary or traditional concept, as states have not been spared from attacking their ordinary and digital sovereignty, on the pretext of protecting human rights, the right to information and freedom of expression, or as part of the abdication of their olute sovereignty, either for international cooperation or access to technology.

Having said that, we point to the impact of the internet on the pillars of the state and its characteristics.
