Abstract EN

This study aims to try to highlight the importance of the process of predicting financial failure using Sherrod and Shirata model on Biopharm Algeria during the period from 2017-2019 by reviewing the concepts related to financial failure with an analytical study of the company as it allows taking the necessary measures that would avoid it Reaching bankruptcy and liquidation.

The results of the study concluded that the application of Sherrod's model showed difficulty in predicting financial failure, since the values of Z occurred in a critical region in which it is difficult to judge the financial position of the company, while the results of the Shirata model showed that the company is in a good and stable financial position and far from failure.

Financial, given that the values obtained are greater than the value of z = 0.
