Abstract EN

This article deals with situations of the phenomena of moral corruption, and behavioral deviation in Kairouan, and some of its rulings through the calamities of "Abu Abdallah Muhammad ibn Sahnoun".

the book: "answers or fatwas" includes answers by the world of Kairouan Imam "Sahnoun ibn Said al-Tannoukhi" to many and varied questions, including the concerns of people’s lives, and their problems, and what matters to them in their pension, and hostilities addressad to him by one of his students: "Muhammad ibn Salem" explores it is the rule of god in it.

the issue that we raise in discussing revolves around: the phenomenon of moral corruption deviant, and prohibited behavior in Kairouan, the causes of these deviant behavioral manifestations, the impact of these in the city; and how authority and jurists dealt with it to reduce it.
