Faced with the challenges faced by Algeria and the need to achieve strong and sustainable growth requires mobilizing all internal and external resources to support production and financing development programs, because the importance of foreign capital is an important resource to bridge the gap in domestic financing, and in light of the economic transformation since the nineties and liberalization of the flow of capital to Algeria This research comes to ascertain the importance of external financing to the Algerian economy, by examining the impact of foreign capital flows on the economic growth in Algeria during the period from 2007-2017, where the state should adopt an effective strategy to build the economy Of foreign technology in addition to attracting certain types of investments.
