تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تحليل كفاءة سوق الاوراق المالية من خلال تسليط الضوء على مفهومها و الشروط الواجب توفرها الأكثر لبلوغ هذا السوق و ابراز الواقع العملي لبورصة الجزائر من خلال قياس كفاءة بورصة الجزائر خلال الفترة ما بين 2005-2017 وذلك باستخدام مؤشرات السوق و من اجل تحليل هذه الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وقد خلصت الدراسة الى عدم كفاءة بورصة الجزائر
Abstract EN
The objective of this study is to analyze the efficiency of the stock market by shedding light on its concept and the conditions that must be achieved in order to reach this market and to highlight the practical reality of the Algerian Stock Exchange by measuring the efficiency of the Algerian stock exchange during the period 2005-2017.
The study was based on the analytical descriptive approach.
The study concluded that the Algerian Stock Exchange is inefficient
