Abstract AR
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل أثر القروض المصرفية الموجهة لتمويل الاقتصاد على التنمية الاقتصادية في الجزائر خلال الفترة بين 2001 -2016 باستخدام بيانات بنك الجزائر المركزي و معالجتها من خلال ثلاث نماذج للانحدار الخطي البسيط ببرنامج SPSS مع الأخذ بعين الاعتبار كل الخصائص و الإمكانيات الاقتصادية التي تتمتع بها الدولة و تعتمد عليها في خطط التنمية.
حيث تم التوصل إلى أنه بالرغم من التطور الإيجابي للقروض الموجهة لتمويل الاقتصاد خلال الفترة المدروسة إلا أنها فشلت في تحقيق التنمية بالمستوى المطلوب على الرغم من مساهمتها في تعزيز مساهمة القطاعات الانتاجية الحقيقية في الناتج المحلي الاجمالي و الدور المهم للقطاع الخاص في ذلك إلى أن مستويات النمو تظل بعيد عن ما هو حقيقي مما يشير إلى ضعف تحقيق الأهداف التنموية المطلوبة
Abstract EN
: This study aims to analyze the impact of banking loans oriented to financing the economy on economic development in Algeria during the period 2001-2016, using the data of the central bank of Algeria.
And treating them by three models of simple linear regression through SPSS, taking in consideration the all economic characteristics and capabilities witch the state have and depend it in the development plans.
It was found that despite the positive development of loans oriented to finance the economy during the period studied, it failed to achieve the required level despite its part to enhancing the contribution of real productive sectors in GDP and the important role of the private sector.
Of what is real, which indicates the weakness of achieving the required development goals.
