Egypt is one of the most important countries in the Middle East region and its axis in the Arab region because of its regional influence in the process of security stability, and this role makes regional and international forces seek to establish relations with them, especially major powers such as the United States and Russia are both competing for influence in the Middle East, After the Arab revolutions that took place in 2011 These events paved the way for Russia to develop its relations with Egypt in all aspects of political, economic and security, taking advantage of tension in US-Egyptian relations, especially after the overthrow of President Mohamed Morsi in July 2 013The importance of the study stems from an attempt to understand the nature of the Egyptian-Russian rapprochement after 2013.
