Recently, many countries have adopted new judicial measures to strengthen judicial work and to achieve its effectiveness.

Therefore, it ovoids the difficulties faced by judiciary from large number of cases, length of procedures and to burden financial expenditure.

Based on above, recourse to alternative justice has become necessary and a pillar of countries policy in modernizing justice sector.

This path was followed by Algerian legislator where new and alternative mechanisms have been developed to improve the functioning of judiciary and promote the right of individuals including the "Electronic Bracelet".
