Rational perspectiveThis article aims trying to analysis the wave of political change in the Arab world and the chances for a transition to democracy after the protestations of peoples by focusing on the role of the rational perspective, and by linking between different elites dominant in different social institutions and the real political change not the fake, the transition from the authoritarianism to the democracy is not easy, a specially when the Arab world have a very complicated social structures.

Frankly what happening in the Arab world today is not a revolution, especially in countries where the head of state has been removed; are these peaceful revolutions, popular intifadas or revolutions that turned into civil wars, as was the case in Libya, Syria, Iraq and Yemen.

There are different explanations for what is happening especially without the natural outcomes of rational junctures occurred between the elites as an interpretation's "Samuel Huntington» of how rises and evolves of the transition to democracy or any explanations from the political science.

For that all the results of the change are negative, there is no one case success except maybe the case of Tunisia when the structure of society is not complicated.

Finally, maybe that development takes patternal accumulation, while the new interpretation put forward believes that evolution Do not get only through mass revolutions successive, and the main reason this happens is the "crisis" that occur within the community of elites and the Arab people also more than a democratization.
