Abstract EN

This study sheds light on the BRICS group, which is considered one of the most prominent regional groups of the rising powers, by highlighting its components, capabilities and goals, in addition to tracking its efforts and achievements in order to reshape the international system in line with its vision of it, and in the end it mentioned the most important obstacles that prevented it from achieving this.

This study aimed to assess the potential role of the BRICS group in international relations and its impact on the structure and nature of the international system.

After analyzing the data, this study came to the conclusion that the BRICS seeks to reform the international system rather than to change it.
