The courts are held in various cases, every day.

The victims and the accused are standing before the Court of assizes, misdemeanors or offenses courts, depending on the nature of the offense committed and prosecuted up on the basis of the charges against them, and according to the facts and discretion of the judge, upon which the perpetrator is acquitted and convicted.

Through these pages, we will try to highlight how the judiciary is dispose these matters, so as to address even a little of the material and moral damage that harm the victims of the crimes, which shows that it is a way to preserve the dignity of others and the delivery of the right to the owner, even if the perpetrator is not punished for what is attributed to him.
