Road accidents are among the most important contemporaty phenomena that have become a security priority for all countries, and because of their seriousness, many acts have sought to prevent them, including civil society organizations, which is based on thier relation with the various state institutions on the one hand.

The nature and importance of their rol in society, on the otherhand, to play the role of preventing this phonomenon, regardless of the means used by these organizations to play this role, which in fact face many difficulties.
