The reality of real estate in algeria is reqlly still complaining about a number of barriers poisoning the business environment, it brought him out of the role assigned tohim in the field of development and investment promotion, perhaps this is what attracted the attention of the legal in particular jurists, as its became a topic of interest serious discussion and that is throught holding many national seminars and the insertion of various national and international meetings, and the citizen in general as friction or almost collid in this regard to industrial property in one matter or another which calls for the need to find appropriate and urgent solutions.
