Good international practices have been seen as a decisive breakthrough in military interventions aimed to protecting human rights, especially in lights of the expansion, of UN security council's powers in the field of peace-keeping and international security, a new international order based on American hegemony which effected, it's decisions, it was characterized by a legislative nature so that it opened the way for states to internal affairs of others under the pretext of combating terrorism and protecting humanity, which led to the stripping sovereignty from its long-standing sacredness, since the treaty of Wesvalia.
