In the suppression of real crimes on public money through the criminalization of embezzlement by the public servant, especially that the implementation of these procedures requires the means and techniques by qualified experts and technicians to achieve the purpose of these Mechanisms is an attempt to prevent and reduce those crimes, Its special procedures guarantees are not even human exposure to prejudice the lives of the sanctity of private and confidential correspondence.
