Abstract EN

Algerian banking sector has experienced many banking scandals that affected the stability of the money market and disturbed the attraction of foreign and local investment.

The administrative and judicial treatment of these scandals led to the liquidation of banks and financial institutions, but the collective procedures followed were sometimes ambiguous and contradictory.

Thus, the research paper here seeks to follow these procedures, starting with the rescue procedures of banks and financial institutions, passing by the liquidation, bankruptcy procedures and the judicial settlement, in order to identify where the imbalances cases are located, for preventing them of not occurring again.
