Considering that the machine of death and destruction caused by the phenomenon of traffic accidents caused by traffic accidents does not differentiate between the use of the public road, whatever its status, the heavy tolls recorded daily in this area of human casualties or material losses, prompted the police to find solutions to reduce Of this phenomenon or reduce its damage and its consequences because it has a negative impact on the state in terms of individuals or the economic side resulting from the physical destruction caused by this phenomenon.
